Xiaomi revamps Suntec and JEM stores with reopening and anniversary promos in tow
Following Xiaomi’s 2024 official online store launch and its self-managed Funan outlet revamp, the Chinese electronics brand has announced its next steps to greater Singaporean penetration: the reopening of two important Xiaomi outlets located at Suntec City Mall and JEM at Jurong East.
Xiaomi’s JEM and Suntec outlets, refreshed
Happening on 12 April 2025, the original stores were previously closed for renovations, and the same units reopened to a refreshed store layout, improved utilisation of shop space, and a greater range of product variety.
These improvements mean Xiaomi users can get a similar experience to the self-managed Funan outlet, which also underwent an equivalent revamp late last year.
According to Xiaomi, the two outlets are jointly managed by both Xiaomi itself and its authorised distributor in Singapore, unlike the fully self-managed Xiaomi Store located in Funan Mall.
This aligns with Xiaomi’s original intentions to ensure its new store concept is consistent across self-managed and distributor-operated outlets.
The reopened stores are running concurrently with Xiaomi’s 15th anniversary, giving Xiaomi Singapore’s fanbase another reason to celebrate the month of April.
Xiaomi Store reopening promotions
The two reopened Xiaomi Stores will have the following reopening promotions that you can only get at these Jem and Suntec City Mall outlets:
- 50% off Xiaomi Mix Flip (U.P. S$1,499) and/or Xiaomi Robot Vacuum X20+ (U.P. S$583.50). Only five units per product will be available per day (12 and 13 April 2025).
- Customers who buy Xiaomi 15 Ultra (U.P. S$1,699) can get a free Redmi Pad SE (256GB, U.P. S$269). They can also top-up another S$99 for the Xiaomi 15 Ultra Photography Kit (U.P. S$199). While stocks last.
