The iPhone 17 Pro may come in a new Sky Blue colourway
Apple may launch the iPhone 17 Pro with a new colour option later this year.
According to tipster Majin Bu, “sources close to the supply chain” claim there are several iPhone 17 Pro prototypes in different colours, and Sky Blue is the preferred option.
The sources describe the sky blue prototype as “even more stunning than the much-loved Sierra Blue of the iPhone 13 Pro.”
Bu added his spin on the Sky Blue option: “Sky Blue isn’t just a colour choice; it’s a manifesto. It represents an Apple looking to the future with lightness and inspiration.”
That said, Sky Blue isn’t actually brand new. Apple introduced this new colourway last month with the new M4 MacBook Air. In person, the blue is exceptionally subtle, to the point that it is almost indistinguishable unless you look carefully.
To recap, the Apple iPhone 16 Pro is currently available in Black Titanium, White Titanium, Natural Titanium, and Desert Titanium. Will Sky Blue replace Desert Titanium this year?
